Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and EdgeMind AI Labs, operated by Nirav Prajapati (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the ReplyPixel apps and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use core features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Apple, Google, or email.

3. What the Service does

ReplyPixel rewrites the text you provide into fluent, natural English in several tones (and can draft a reply to a message you receive), using third-party AI models. Its output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send anything the Service produces.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, or generate hateful, sexual-exploitation, or harmful content;
  • send spam or automate abusive or excessive requests;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent limits, security, or usage metering;
  • submit others’ personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free tier & subscriptions. New accounts receive a limited number of free rewrites. After that, a subscription provides unlimited rewrites as described in the App. Paid billing is not yet active during the beta; these terms describe how it will work once it launches.
  • Purchases through the app stores. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Managing and canceling. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not by deleting the App. Canceling stops future renewals; current access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their policies. Contact Apple or Google for store-billing refund requests.
  • Price changes. We may change prices and plan features prospectively; changes to an active subscription take effect on the next renewal, with notice where required.

6. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not reflect your intent. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated rewrites. You are solely responsible for what you send. As between you and us, you own the input you provide and the output you choose to use, subject to the AI providers’ terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by EdgeMind AI Labs, operated by Nirav Prajapati and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including the AI providers that produce the rewrites (Google Gemini and OpenAI), Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Resend. Your use of the App may also be subject to the app store’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeMind AI Labs, operated by Nirav Prajapati will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
